"Dr. H and the entire staff are so awesome. I admit that I thought TMS was a gimmick. Now that I'm reaching the end, I know I've have changed for the better. I am a TMS believer. I also love how I communicated with the clinic through texts instead of email or phone calls. Very easy and convenient. The staff are very kind and caring. I love coming to every appointment. We have truly become friends and family. But they also understand that even when we are being friendly, they keep up the professional standards and communication. No one in the office stays from Dr. H's protocols and requirements. I feel that's because of the respect they have for Dr. H, belief in what their doing, and the respect and feeling of family among the staff. There are 5 total staff and Dr. H. There is usually 3 people on duty in the clinic on any given day. I have been able to get to know the staff on a very personal basis. Every one of them are awesome and provide 100% the best experience for me as as patient. It's hard to single out any of the staff as being better than another. But Jayden in particular is so good and awesome. She knows how I like the chair set up and the pillow position and tightness. We have found a show that we both enjoy watching together. I really enjoy her professionalism and friendliness."
