"I have really enjoyed working with Joyful Horizon! Communication: 10/10 I called in to see if I could get on the list and they said it would be like a year until I could. I was desperate for help and I told them I wanted to get in soon. Only a month later I had my consultation with Doctor H. Very very impressed with how it went! Doctor H. Was asking great questions, validating, and kind. I left feeling more at peace and hope for the future. One of her staff members showed me the TMS machine, answered some questions that I had, and was really easy to talk to. While getting ready to leave I asked about insurance and they said they would look into it. They were very on top of communicating with insurance and I felt very in the loop. At the same time I didn’t feel pressure to do it myself. You are in great hands when you come here! Easy to work with: 10/10 I felt comfortable to say no if I didn’t want to go with them. They weren’t pressuring me or anything to use there services. They really care and truly want what’s best for you. Financially they are willing to work with you, and they are very understanding.
