"As someone else stated- this place is a mess. The initial check-in assistant, Krystal, was horribly rude, why does it feel like I’m inconveniencing you by making you do your job? She kept saying “this is the busiest day we’ve ever had,” when there was no one around waiting- I did a walk in appointment and was immediately gotten in- if it’s your busiest day, why was I able to get in so fast? The assistant did not understand the paperwork I brought in for a physical… even though it says very clearly what needs to be done on it- I guess reading comprehension wasn’t something they tested on. When I saw the NP, she asked if I used glasses or contacts, while she was staring at me… wearing glasses… A normal physical here cost $100- just go to an urgent care, it’s not worth the time or money."

"This place is a mess, I only came here because I had to for my works insurance. I set an appointment so I could make it to work on time. Well joke is on me because I didn't get in until over 30 minutes after my appointment and they let in multiple walk ins before me that arrives after me. Plus everyone just seemed a bit lost and no sense of urgency. You can tell me sorry for the wait but that's not much use and don't offer appointments if you aren't even going to acknowledge them. Also the appointment itself the caregivers are fairly unprofessional and don't seem to really know what they are doing. I had to walk them through how to do several steps as well as spell every medication and condition mentioned during my visit it almost felt like I was getting punked."

"The nurses (especially Elizabeth) were fabulous and defied all my expectations. They spent lots of time discussing my questions and talking through theories, figured out how to input everything so insurance would cover the max, followed up and answered all my questions, and explained without prompting some broader administrative trends affecting insurance in the area. Most of all, they were so genuinely kind and cared about my wellbeing. They took me and my concerns seriously, and I was confident they were in my corner."

"Pretty much convenient, I do wish they had morning times tho. I didn’t get the Assistant lady name but her and Liz were good at what they do. I’ll definitely stop by more if anything minor little major to me and my family. The should make more rooms for thw clinic tho."

"The unprofessional conduct of the Nurse Practitioner leaves me almost speechless. Don’t even think of scheduling the last appointment slot of day, because you will verbally be rushed. Nurse PA told my friend to act like an adult when she was going to get an injection. (Friend has trauma related phobia to needles) as she started having a slight panic attack. Then tells her to hurry up to get it because they are about to close and she wants to go home!! Also online the price for the test we needed was listed at 59-139$. Walked out paying 225. Was told in the beginning the doctors fee was $200. Then wouldn’t accept a cash and debit card payment. If you can’t be compassionate towards your patients then this isn’t the field for you. Money shouldn’t be a motive to work in the medical field. Only choose this place as a last resort. Based off reviews this is how it always is!!!"
