"On my second visit of the week I was asked to scan the QR code to sign in. I filled out the simple questions but the connection would not allow me to upload my identification. I didn’t know this was necessary because I did it on my last visit and the website said it found me and my insurance. I asked the receptionist at the counter and was told I was good to wait. I waited over an hour watching people come and go and when I approached the counter the receptionist acted as if I hadn’t been waiting. I left in frustration. What terrible communication for a health care facility. The secretary/ receptionist job is now the patient responsibility and it is ridiculous. The patient should not have to send photos of ID’s and insurance cards at every visit. Several people experienced not being able to upload identification."

"The patient check in system is ridiculous. Very impersonal and easily added 15 minutes if not longer to my visit. Not only did I have to put it in then I was called up to verify and go over it all again. How stupid is that. The fact that the receptionist was sitting behind the desk doing nothing but turned me away to fill the form out on line was ridiculous. Then with not another patient in the entire waiting room and zero that came out from behind the doors it still took them 20 minutes to get me back to pee in a cup. So 45 minutes of a doctors visit to pee in a cup. That's ridiculous. Especially when it was an employer hire per test. Very very standard and easy to do. The staff were rude and seemed very put out when assisting me too. I would recommend any other facility than this place. And I passed my urine test just so you are assuming my anger has something ti do with that."

"Absolutely phenomenal experience! Went in with a dislocated finger and the staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable!! Very fair price and quick to act to my needs! So so much better then other local clinics that I’ve been too. Very HIGHLY RECOMMEND ❕❕❕❕❕"
