"Being new to the area we didn't know who to see for our eye care. So, I followed the recommendation of our health care provider, "Intermountain Health." I really lucked up there because they referred Dr Wong. I knew I needed to see an ophthalmologist. I've had some very serious eye problems in the past. I almost went blind in one eye because of retina detachment. Retina detachment ALWAYS requires emergency surgery. If you see little black spots floating around GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM IMMEDIATELY. Those little black spots are blood, and you will loose big time if you wait till "this afternoon." It was Dr Wong that first recognized the cataract on my right eye and explained it's significant effect on my vision. I sought out and got a second opinion. Dr Wong was right on every point and today I have near perfect vision from that eye thanks to Dr Wong. He's a damn good ophthalmologist and knows his stuff. If you realize how valuable sight is to you and your family. You should have Dr Wong take a look at your family's eyes, seriously. The sooner the better. If anyone can, Dr Wong will tell you if there is a potential problem(s). If you've had a vision problem all your life Dr. Wong might tell you a thing or two about your eye(s) that no other ophthalmologist ever told you. I've seen and heard him do it. Dr Wong is a smart guy. He's a doctor you can trust. Also, I would be very surprised if you didn't feel more at ease when leaving Dr Wong's office than before you got there. Whenever you see Dr Wong he gives you the impression you are his first priority. You leave his office feeling much better than you did going in. He doesn't waste time. He's a smart guy. He'll tell you what you want to know ... Well, he'll tell you ..... I've seen a lot of doctors over the years (I'm 61 years old) from Florida to California and more than a few places in between. Some of them young, some of them quite old. I have found Dr Wong to be a knowledgeable, committed, conscientious, attentive, easy and pleasant fellow to speak with. He's a rather personable fellow. I trust him. Consider yourself blessed if you've found Dr Wong and get an appointment while you can. Oh, and now I can see better than I've EVER been able to see in my life. Even when I wore glasses or contacts (I had to wear a contact after retina surgery or else everything was a complete blurr). That's right, no glasses or contacts for me any more and I have 20/20 vision. I wish Dr Wong had been around a long time ago."

"I went to see Dr. Wong for very itchy eyes and chapped skin around my eyes. My primary care doctor had no idea how to help me (by his own admission) but Dr. Wong was able to easily identify what I needed and provide an inexpensive fix! Within just a couple of days the itchiness was all gone and my chapped skin could heal. My eyes feel great now and I was so pleased with my first visit that I recently made another appointment for myself and my husband for our routine eye checks."

"Dr. Wong was really knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. He took extra time to make sure our eyes were healthy and the prescription was correct. He made my doctor-anxious son feel at ease with humor and tact, earning the title Dr. Ninja Wong from him because of his skills! Amy made all the paperwork easy, too. Great experience!"
