"Dr. Bott is the best doctor I’ve ever been to. He listens, he shows compassion (whether for mental or physical ailments), and he isn’t afraid to say, “I’m not sure,” then find out or refer me to someone who specializes in that particular thing. He’s very down-to-earth, and it feels like he genuinely cares. He has helped me more than he realizes, and I’m very grateful to him. My only complaint is that I can’t get same or next day appts with him anymore, but that’s because he’s so great at his job that everyone wants to see him! Dr. Bott will explain to me why my suggestion isn’t the right solution, but he never condescends or makes me feel dumb. He takes as much time as needed, and he always lets me know that I’m good to go so I’m not sitting there wondering whether I’m done. Dr. Bott is one of the very few who went into this field for the right reasons- not for money or ego, but for the patients. He’s a genuinely good person, and a phenomenal doctor."
