"We've been seeing Dr. Johnson for 7 years, and loved the whole office until my child started having some health problems recently. We've struggled over the last few months with getting responses in a timely manner. Today, I called to follow up on an issue they told me to watch and see if it improved, but when I asked what to do now that it's gotten worse, they had no idea what I was talking about. They had taken no notes from our prior calls and appointments about the follow up they requested. They act as if they don't care about my child, or following standard practice of keeping a medical record. We're very disappointed."

"I have been taking my 4 children to Bryner Pediatrics for 15 years. Dr Fox was amazing and we moved onto Carrie Johnson and she has been ok. We showed up for an appt and were 14 min late due to waiting for a train that was stopped on the tracks. Nothing I could do about it, and I realize nothing they could do either, but when I apologized profusely they refused to see my son and said I had to reschedule. I told them how I had checked my son out of school specifically for this appointment, and the train was out of my control. No compassion at all. Too bad, you have to reschedule. So after 15 loyal years, we are done with Bryner Pediatrics. They showed no compassion or loyalty to us. So disappointing."

"We were lucky enough to see Dr Pardy when my son was born, and stayed with her while we were in SLC- she was the most attentive, communicative, and compassionate doctor. We have moved and with every pediatrician visit lament that our son no longer is under her care. We had complete confidence in her, and greatly appreciated her patience with the many many many questions we peppered her with about our son (first time parents). The entire team was great there also- thank you to the nurses and receptionists!"
