"Beware of astronomical charges here. The mammogram itself was fine, it was routine, staff was nice. I paid $400 as a self-pay patient, out of pocket. That price alone is insane, but fast forward 2 weeks and I get a surprise bill for $277. That was an additional charge for someone to "read" my images. I guess no one at St. Mark's is capable of that for $400!!!! $677 for a ROUTINE mammogram is embarrassing. You are literal thieves. I will make sure everyone hears about my experience and next year I will find an independent clinic because St. Mark's is definitely not in the business of caring for people, it's all about $$$. RESPONSE TO THEIR GENERIC "RESPONSE". No, I won't be contacting your billing department and wasting my time. You know how to reach me and you can contact me at any time and/or send me a check in the mail for over payment. My guess is you won't do that, so my review stands and it's not a "billing issue", you clearly know to to bill and then make sure others bill more, it's a severe overcharging issue."

"The labor and delivey/postpartum departments were amazing. Susan, Sherry, tressa, Cynthia, Brooke, Madison, Lynette and many others went above and beyond while my wife was there for two months in pre term labor. Thank you guys so much. Sorry for those I forgot to mention."

"This is my second pregnancy and I know what to expect for prenatal visits. they did not draw my blood for my first prenatal visit. They almost forgot the urine sample. The midwife did a ultrasound that lasted about two minutes. I read the notes on my chart and most of the notes on there were FALSE. Nothing on the notes we're discussed. Do not recommend for prenatal visits . They do not care about you and your needs!! Very upsetting after having to take a 4 hour round trip for this visit that I was looking forward to."

"I gave birth 7 months ago here and my experience was amazing. I had mckinlee as a nurse and he was perfect. I seriously couldn’t have asked for someone better. He has amazing energy and made my labor and delivery as comfortable as possible. I’m so sad he’s gone traveling now:( what a loss for st marks. Dr Kinghorn is also incredible. I’m so happy for everyone I had help me bring my son into this world. I am forever grateful"

"I had my daughter here in 2015 and my son here in 2019. The nursing staff was excellent and kind. They took very good care of me and my children and made sure we understood what was going on. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the nurses - in both L&D and the maternity ward. We also took some of the childcare classes and loved them. I will definitely continue to go to St. Mark’s and will recommend them."
