"Was in the Coach Outlet for 30-45 minutes with my wife to buy a wallet and not a single employee approached us or tried to help us in our shopping experience. Extremely disappointed by the poor service as this was something we were very excited to do and we will not be returning. I have loved Coach for more than 20 years and this made me feel very neglected and hurt. Love my new wallet disappointed in service."
"Wish I got the name of the girl who helped me but she was so helpful. (Shes in the pic at the cash register) Showing me the QR code of how to check prices and look Into trying to find out if they had something I was looking for. There was an awesome sale going on and I first looked around and then left to see what other purses were at the shops and ended up returning and taking forever to find a purse lol but the staff stayed so kind to me and I walked out with what I wanted. Definitely will return!"
"I love to shop Coach Outlet but their return and refund process is so incredibly slow everytime I have had to utilize it. It has taken about a month in both instances. I end up having to call in multiple times to get the status of my refund. It's a joke."
"This store has a lot of beautiful inventory. However, the customer service feels like you were at Walmart. I was there yesterday, spent an enormous amount of money! The woman who is checking me out had a huge problem and was very entitled and extremely rude! When I go to a high-end store, such as coach. I believe their service should be impeccable because of the price point, the type merchandise and the clientele that brings in. They definitely need to understand what type of store that they are working in and act accordingly. Leave your ego at the door!"
"Terrible terrible Coach store!!! 2 sales associate are rude and demeaning! One asian cashier named Jennifer, is combative as well when I pointed out the demeaning attitude of the floor associate. We spent a lot of money here and yet we are treated arrogantly by these 2 staff! Coach corporate: this happened 12/26/22 at around 3pm. Do something about this. I’m not the only one complaining about this specific branch. Your reputation is being tarnished and ruined by these 2 rude associates!"
