"I have been taking my ShihTzu there for about 8 months. About three months back, I asked for full service, and they forgot to do his nails. Last month I took him, asked for sanitary service only and they ended up doing full service. I didn’t say anything thought sometimes it happens that there’s a misunderstanding, so I let it go. Today again, I asked for only sanitary service, and again they did full service. I Told the lady that was taking my payment, that we had the same problem last time I took them there .She called the other lady that received my dog in the morning( the one with short curly hair ), the one I told, only a sanitary service. She was actually getting out of her car and arriving at Top Paw. She came in with an attitude , I tried explaining this was the second time this happened and she said “well there’s nothing I can do, he got a full service so it’s $75” ( with an attitude, along with body language )and she walked away. I went ahead and started paying and she comes back and says “ I can give you $5 off , there!” I finish paying said, thank you to the lady that took my payment and left. Bubba won’t be going back."

"I took my yorkie to top paw after being sick the past couple of year. He hai, nail, teeth basically everything grooming was neglected because of me being sick. I spoke with Jennifer and explained her condition. They performed an amazing job. She looks so beautiful. They even alerted me to a possible ear problem and I will now follow up with her vet to make sure it is nothing serious. I recommend everyone to give these ladies a chance if you haven’t already. They are good at what they do and they are very kind. Thank you ladies"

"We’ve taken our 2 Aussies there a few times and they’ve always done a great job! But today we also took our rescued Border Collie mix that doesn’t like to be bathed or brushed. They did an amazing job on him and he is happy and clean as can be now! All the employees were so sweet and took great care to make sure he was comfortable. Loved their service!"
