"Normally I love this store so much, but when I came to this location around 1:30 I was extremely disappointed. The service is was awful, and the girls were some of the meanest people I’ve met when it comes to customer service. There were four customers in line for the fitting rooms and one room open. I walked up to the counter (where an employee was texting on the clock) and asked if they could open the empty room. Both employees glared at me and without responding opened the room. My friend thanked them and they ignored her as well before giving her a dirty look. If they had nicer employees I probably would have bought something if the girls were not so mean."

"Employees do a terrible job at reminding you of their promotions. They gave attitude when I asked if I was still able to get the other half of my deal even when they did not remind me of their promotions. Do not recommend stopping in."

"Don’t purchase anything online. They have possibly the most horrendous return process I have ever seen. I brought my items in store to return, they make you call customer service, wait on hold, read them the item number of each item you’d like to return, then it takes 45 minutes to receive your return email….it’s honestly laughable, even small businesses don’t have that dumb of a process."
