My only reason for the 4 star is because a lot of items have been out of stock recently that I need but other than that this store is wonderful!"

"10/10 customer service. I had a fish with me (he was surrendered to me in the parking lot and i could not leave him in the car) and i asked if I could leave him at the front counter to avoid getting water on anything while I shopped. Immediately the girl working agreed and put him by the register with a note on the container. She even named him. She deserves a raise. (And if you're reading this, he is home and happy in his big tank now °u°)"
"Very unhappy with HotTopic. I bought an item online and sent it to this location. I bought this item two weeks ago and it was supposed to arrive 3-8 business days. I called a representative to see the status, they told me the location must have lost the package. To add the cherry on top the item is out of stock and discontinued now. I wasn't even going to be contacted until I came to ask about it."
