Zimbu - Indian & Nepalese Cuisine

"If you like Indian food, you need to go ASAP. Himalayan food is very similar to Indian food. This place has excellent food. I love how they are not stingy with the portions. The owner couldn’t have been nicer. I have been here 5 times now. I love the Chicken tikka masala and coconut kurma. Last time I tried the Chicken momos. They are like chicken dumplings. The sauce was incredible."

"Food was ok. Not great. The menu has vegan and gluten free things marked but the staff couldn't tell me why some things were not vegan. The quantity of food was good, they definitely didn't skimp on protein or toppings."

"This is my favorite hidden gem for my work lunch. The quality of the food is excellent every time and the owner is so kind and personable. It’s much better quality food with more personal service, and just as quick and convenient as the chains. The rice and curry dishes are delicious but my favorite is the Chicken Momo, which is made to order."

"It's easy to order at Zimbu because the vegan items, as well as the gluten free items, are clearly marked on the menu. Almost all of the food is out front on display letting you see what you're ordering. The food is also prepared in front of you. If you're curious about the flavor or spiciness of any item, samples are offered for you to try. If you're sensitive to spicy-hot food, be aware that there are a lot of spicy items. I ordered a rice bowl with chili tofu and coconut sauce. Both the tofu and sauce had hotness that I'd rate 4/10, which to me is hot but tolerable enough to still enjoy the food. I enjoyed my meal as did the other non-vegans in my group."
