"No manager in this store. I purchased Birkenstocks. Joseph went to the back and got both shoes for me. Instead gave me cheap Luofu Tikes looks very similar to Birkenstocks. And sold them to me on fake pretense. I tried to return them as I didn’t notice. He said I gave you Birkenstocks. You or someone else swapped them. He is the only one who touched them besides me. Same time another lady walks in who purchased 6 pairs of shoes and only got home w 4. This store has issues. I have contacted corporate. Only a voice mail or email. No return yet. I’m upset. Fraud in this store. When asked to look at camera footage he said we don’t have access."
"A huge selection of shoes to choose from. Plenty of options from brands you do not see very many places too. Employees do not bother you at all unless you need help. Wide aisles so never stuck behind anyone."
"I like their shoes. Let's just tell the truth here, okay! I have crippling arthritis, and my left foot isn't so strong anymore. I have to have a light weight shoe or it hurts my feet. I found the best pair of shoes I've had in years in this store, and I've been in some expensive places trying to get something to wear. You go Encore!! I will be back lord willing."
"Person didn't want to help had a attitude and walked off while I tried to get a size. Come to find out most of there shoes don't have size 6. I even tried the kids shoes and nothing. I know I have small feet and can fit a 5 but a 6 makes it look like I have feet so I had to buy a 7 mainly cause my shoes were wet from the rain."
