"I really like Popeyes and was excited to have one in Spanish Fork. I’d love to update my review in the future but these guys- in maybe 6 visits in 6 months- have given me the wrong thing 4/6 times. I don’t make my order too complicated- 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, no pickle. I almost always get a regular sandwich with mayo and never the spicy. I need to get in the habit of not pulling away from the window and checking but I’m pretty used to places doing well in that area. There is always on girl who is very energetic, nice and accommodating, I wish I remembered her name but she’s awesome, which is why I give 3 stars for atmosphere."

"The main lobby was pretty clean and Alyssa was doing her best. She seemed to be the only one actually working but she was nice and pleasant. We waited 5 minutes just to order when there was nobody in line. When we went to fill up our drinks there was only 2 flavors that worked. All of the rest were out of service and when asked about it they said there was nothing they could do. We got our food really quickly but the tenders were cold, as well as the fries which were hard and stale tasting. All of the food tasted old and like it had been sitting out for way too long. The men's bathroom was very unpleasant and didn't seem sanitary."

"Showed up late and instead of telling us they were out of food we got home with a mystery bag! No mac and cheese ? No problem have some rice and beans ! 2 orders of 3 tenders ? Shoot you probably meant 4 tenders and 2 drumsticks cause that’s what it is at 11:00pm. You wanted hot fries ? Hell no , your getting the last tidbits from the deepfryer and if your lucky that end of the day mixture has all that extra sodium we crave . of those 6 tenders we ordered but only got 4 only, we really loved the color coordination of the fresh tender and the 2 3 hour old dark brown tenders Really appreciate that a lot thank you. Added bonus i was able to finish my podcast because I was so lucky it took 24 minutes in the through !"

"My experience at Popeyes has always been so great, until I ordered from this location. We ordered 2 large Mac and cheeses and ended up with coleslaw, the wings were the hardest and driest wings I have ever had, and the first chicken I bit into had blood in it! I’m absolutely disgusted and never coming back to this place."
