"I was the only car in the drive through and they told me it would be at least a 30 minute wait before I even tried to order anything. I said it’s okay I’ll go somewhere else. I pulled out and saw about 4 people in the lobby. I was confused why there was such a long wait."
"We ordered two deep dish pizzas and they came completely raw in the middle. Tasted like yeast and was very wet and squishy. We ordered online and waited extra time and they were still raw. As well, we got 2 crazy breads and they were hard as a rock. Very unpleasant."
"We received these breadsticks as a complimentary after they messed up our order only to get home and find completely uncooked bread sticks. The service is always bad at this location."
"I was super impressed with how friendly Lincoln was in the drive-thru. He was professional and polite and ready to serve. It was my 5yr old’s birthday today and she was wearing a crown. He noticed it and wished her happy birthday with made her happy. It was an all around good experience that was better than expected. And with great pizza to top it off!"
