MOD Pizza

"Our pizza was delicious. I like that we’re able to choose our toppings at no extra cost. We loved dining at MOD in Seattle and so happy to see it in Spanish Fork. I didn’t have a salad this time, but the salads are fresh and great choices. The one thing that irritates me is the employees will not greet you and continue to prep the online orders. Big pet peeve! The tables need to be cleaned a little more frequently."

"I never write reviews because I’m pretty easy to please and easy going. I actually got mad and I had to leave before I even ordered. I stood in line for half an hour with literally 5 people in front of me. All the employees took turns going to the bathroom. All their hands in their pockets watching one person do everything. 5 pizzas made in half an hour. Really disappointing. I love Mods and this is the one closest to me but I’ll try coming back maybe in a year or two and go to another location or another restaurant because management and work quality likely needs to change. I’ve read other reviews similar to mine. Not sure how this location has a 4.3 star rating with all the same feedback. Maybe I came in a night where the A team wasn’t in. Not sure. Gotta change or this place won’t survive. Went to 5 Guys next door and was in and out in 5 mins."

"Very nice people and I’m glad they are showing up to work, but there appears to be a severe lack of training for consistency for processes and speed. Our family of 5 was in line with numerous other for a long period of time, our time to order came and we were slowly attended to with lots of inefficient back and forths to other stations. A second line opened and people behind us were bumped forward and there order and additional groups behind us were bumped forward and even cooked prior to us. Our group of 4 pizzas and hot wings were split across 3 cooking groups. Wings were provided ice cold, and by the time the first set of pizzas were out of the oven, the groups behind us had already eaten and left. 2nd set of pizzas done nearly 15 minutes after the first set of pizzas. They redid the cold wings, because I had already taken a bite of one of them, which was a nice gesture, only to burn them this round. Either way, not eating what I ordered today. We were served the specialty pizza without it being cut into slices. It wasn’t busy and there was adequate staff, I just feel there is some serious lack of training to be consistent with what we’ve become accustomed to for quick and consistent experiences with other locations. Well over an hour today on what was supposed to be a quick stop."

"5 employees, 1 making pizza. Waited ten minutes to even be acknowledged. The one putting pizza in the oven is making one at a time. Watched him drop 3 pizzas trying to load them in the oven. Sodas all tasted weird from the fountain. When we finally got one of our three pizzas…burned. Just a mess overall. No sense of urgency, staff seemed untrained. Been to mods all over multiple states, this is the worst run by far."

"I'm so happy to have found this place. We have been disappointed in everywhere all Summer long until now. All the fresh ingredients made it so great! Fresh mozzarella Asiago cheese, basil, rosemary! It was just terrific. They have pebble ice and great Dr. Pepper."
