"Decided to give this place a try after looking at all the positive reviews and having limited time to take a lunch break. The service is very friendly and courteous. The people that greeted us were very attentive. The food is ok. I ordered the Philly and was not impressed. The quality of the ingredients is not the highest, and it's a bit pricey for what you get considering quality and amounts. You're much better off eating at Capriotti's or Jersey Mike's if you have options."
"I've heard so many great things about this place I don't know why it took me so long to come here when it's just around the corner! We were warmly greeted by Jesse, one of the co-owners who made sure we were comfortable on placing our orders in the kiosk. The menu was explained to us pretty well. The ambiance is great! This place is a true gem! We tried: Philly cheesesteak sandwich and the cobb salad. Both were fabulous! Their onion rings are OFF THE HOOK. I was so impressed the first time I took more people in here that same week and Jesse recognized us! Gave us first-class service, and treated us like family. If you want superb food quality, great staff, and good ambiance, this is the place for you!"
