"I don’t think anyone here could put together the most basic order with the correct items too save their life… it’s kind of sad, but hopefully these kids graduate college because the idea of putting queso or even the right sauce with an order is beyond them. I hate too say it’s not rocket science but I’ve had to get so many refunds from DoorDash because of these types of issues it’s fitting."

"This location has gone downhill but we keep giving it chances hoping things will change. The pork has gotten spicier and they have been skimping on beans and rice. Service isn’t amazing now, my experience tonight showcases that. Today is the end of its chances. I have always hated guac and make sure to have it held. They covered my salad in a weird way so I didn’t see it. It tasted different and I was trying to figure out why. All the sudden I bit into something mushy and it didn’t taste good. It was guac…I spit it out, cleaned it out of my mouth and then noticed the tingling and swelling in my mouth…let’s add avocado to the list of my food allergies, there’s a reason I don’t like it I guess. My husband is very allergic to avocados already, I’m glad they messed up on mine, we’d be in the ER for him right now if he had gotten it. Hopefully a mega dose of Benadryl will do it for me. I’d maybe had 5 bites and now it’s not edible. Of course they’re closed so I can’t even get a replacement tonight. We’ve noticed the “party” that is regularly happening at this location and it often feels like we are inconveniencing employees by coming in and giving them business. We won’t bother you anymore."

"Food was good. Service was way better! Not sure his name, but 20 something with short dreads is always so happy and pleasant. He made my day today just being kind and smiling so much! Give the man a raise!!"

"Used to come here on a regular basis but no more went in to have a date night dinner with my spouse and definitely was not an enjoyable experience. The delivery/pick up kitchen staff was singing loudly in the back kitchen which was very overwhelming. We were not even asked if we would like to stay or go they just shoved it all in a bag assuming no one would stay and eat this was at 7:30 at night not 5 minutes before closing. Food quality also has gone down hill serving overdone chicken and very little toppings on my tacos for the increased prices I would be better off at a sit down restaurant for the same prices rather than dealing with disinterested teenagers and loud unprofessional kitchen staff. We will not be back."

"I am absolutely thrilled to give Costa Vida in Pleasant Grove a glowing five-star review! This restaurant continues to exceed expectations, and their recent 20th-anniversary celebration was nothing short of extraordinary. The collaboration with Jarritos, the beloved Mexican soda drink, for their 73rd anniversary was a stroke of genius. It added an extra layer of festivity to an already delightful dining experience. The combination of Costa Vida's delicious food with the iconic flavors of Jarritos created a culinary celebration that left me thoroughly impressed. But the excellence at Costa Vida doesn't stop at their events – it extends to every aspect of their service. The kindness and warm reception from the manager and the entire team were truly heartwarming. It's evident that they take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes every customer feel valued and appreciated. And speaking of the food – it's simply fantastic! The flavors burst with authenticity, transporting my taste buds straight to Mexico. The quality and freshness of the ingredients shine through in every bite, and the attention to detail in each dish is a testament to Costa Vida's commitment to excellence. The customer service at Costa Vida is exceptional. The staff's friendly demeanor, prompt service, and attention to detail create a dining experience that goes above and beyond. Whether I'm dining in or grabbing a meal to go, I always leave with a smile on my face. In conclusion, Costa Vida in Pleasant Grove continues to be a culinary destination that consistently delivers excellence. Their recent collaboration with Jarritos and the 20th-anniversary celebration showcase their dedication to creating unforgettable experiences for their patrons. To the manager and the entire team, thank you for your kindness, delicious food, and exceptional customer service. Costa Vida remains a favorite for me, and I can't wait to keep coming back for more!"
