"I'm so disappointed that the location is new, and they hired people who don't have any care about their job. I should have gotten my money back because mistakes happened. The picture shown is my burrito not wrapped all the way. That's how I took it out."

"So I went in to pick up my order. I ordered a salad with light rice. The girl who made it had RBF beyond belief, didn't like her job at all. She glared at me. When I asked for the light rice on my salad to be redone, she ignored that request. She began to make the salad as she thought it needed to be done and then asked for the name on the order. I gave her the name she gave it to me and when she brought the order to me I asked her if she had made the light rice request happen. She's like no. I made it regular. Handed me the order and walked away while rolling her eyes. I highly recommend if you go make sure that she is not there. Her name is Cecile and she wears glasses. If you have any special requests I would take your business elsewhere. I probably will never go back to that Chipotle just because of that employee. I know the food is good. The atmosphere of the store looks decent but the service I cannot even begin to give a negative star because of her and her attitude. This employee Cecile did not even wrap the burrito correctly. I really think she is mentally checked out from that job and should move on to something else."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the pleasure of being served by Courage on Sunday, March 10th, at 7:30 pm, and I must say, his customer service was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm welcome that immediately made me feel valued as a customer. Despite a few items being out of stock and being the only one serving and at the register during a busy time, Courage went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, eagerly retrieving items from the back without hesitation. His genuine joy in providing excellent service was truly remarkable and certainly set a high standard for Chipotle employees. Living just around the corner, I am delighted to have discovered this new Chipotle. I'll definitely be returning, thank you, Courage, for your outstanding hospitality!"

"I've been dying to have some good chipotle close since all of the other locations have gone downhill. I had my husband go get it and told him to only do so if you could order in person. And you could! Which is a big difference of other chipotles. Well the burrito itself was good! The ingredients were fresh and tasty. Only complaint I had is it had like 7 pieces of chicken. So if you like more meat it still may not be the place for you unless you're willing to fork over more money. Not to mention most of the pieces were fat. All in all I'll be visiting here and there and hoping they stay fresh and continue to allow in person ordering."
