"The workers were very friendly and immediately took our order. I rated one star because I wanted to dine in, and my husband needed to use the bathroom. Trash was everywhere all over the floor, toilets messy, and all the tables had pizza crumbs and pepperonis all over them. The floors were covered in crumbs too. The soda machine was dirty and the flavors tasted like sewage. I hate to spend alot of money for service like this. Unfortunately I was not able to dine in because of this. I know Marcos pizza and they have never showed customers this kind of disrespect."
"Literally I have never had a pizza like this! I swear I will never have pizza from anywhere else and be happy. The pizza I order online (it's cheaper in the store) is about $20 and worth every single dime. I always thought it was called the 'The Supreme' because of all of the toppings, I now understand that it's called 'The Supreme' because there really is no other pizza like it. Just took the right people to make it, THANK YOU Marcos pizza! This review isn't sponsored nor am I getting any promotion for posting this, I'm just a stoner who appreciates great food."
"The food quality at Marcos has always been fantastic! The service staff are hardworking and kind, but the management seems to be a step down from the staff. We order Marcos a lot for our work through the years and many times we’ve heard mid day about how they can’t do delivery because not enough staff has been scheduled or something along the lines. That’s no fault to the staff at all, just seems like poor employee retention and management."
"I have spent hundreds with Marcos even since the system change and I try to have them honor their coupons but they don't and they take the reward from my account anyway I spend 100 dollars i should get a free pizza that's how it always was before the system change in the summer now I say yes redeem reward but the price does not change and they don't honor it in the store either and my reward or points are not returned from me. That's a terrible way to treat your loyalty customers and I am officially done with this Marcos I will take my business to a company that honors it's loyalty program and cares about customers"
