"Avoid this location. Ordered a pizza and wings for delivery. Tipped driver extra in advance. Order arrived with wings half cooked and a big hole in 1/4 of the pizza - crust missing and some toppings to fill in the space. Called the location, first they hung up on me and finally got through for a refund. No apology, just "charge will be reversed by Wednesday." Big hole in their customer service, too!"
"I had put in an online order and received confirmations per the app and my email. My card had been charged and I had confirmed it was for the correct location. When I came to pick it up, the manager told me they got nothing and when I asked for help on what my options were, he was completely incompetent and did not care to help me at all. I asked him questions on what I could do and he just seemed like he was so ready to get me out of the store immediately. Just wanted some pizza, man. Gonna take my business elsewhere."
"If I could I would not even give them 1 star. I ordered online and paid online. I went to pick up my order. The employee couldn't find my order, he was looking for it in the delivery screen. He apologized and looked in the carryout screen He found me. Me and my 2nd grader sat down. 2 minutes into waiting the TV screen displayed our order ready. No one came out with our order. 15 mins later an employee clocked in and she looked at us and asked for my phone number. She went in and brought my order out. It was warm and not hot. So now we go home with a cold pizza and appetizers. Please take a look at the attached pictures to see the horrible looking pizza. Burnt toppings and it does not look like their ads. Wow Pizza hut has lost it's flavor. I will no longer be ordering from here."
