"We got your new crazy puffs tonight(Which are amazing!!!!) But the customer service was even better!! I didn’t catch his name, but he was closing & he need’s a raise!! He wen’t completely out of his way to customize our order & I’ve never had anyone be so helpful & kind at this sandy (about 700 East 9100 South) location!! In fact they are usually rude!! He made our night & we will be coming back because of him. Thanks again -Ang & Lisa"
"Bad experience, can't get online orders right or on time. Honestly, no point to get a little Cesar pizza anymore, too expensive. Papa Murphy is $7 and so is domino's."
"Little Caesars is one of my favorite pizzas but there’s one caveat-It needs to be fresh, right out of the oven. The introduction of the pizza portal was a huge game changer! This franchise however doesn’t seem to care about it, or it’s optional. Out of the last six times I’ve ordered pizza there they have only executed the portal correctly once. They will either not put it in the portal and just stick it in one of the holding ovens and you just sit there waiting and waiting and waiting as your pizza dies. Or, they will take their hot and ready stuff and put it in the portal like they actually made it fresh which is unbelievable. Also, they have had some of the rudest employees I’ve ever ran into. One followed me out into the parking lot and was super aggressive when I started complaining about the service."
"The man serving us was Shanon. We waited 15 minutes for a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks. His attitude was less than pleasurable. He wasn’t necessarily rude, but he was far from being a delight. Pizza was super greasy, and really undercooked. Super gross establishment. I’d recommend going to a different location if you like the price point of Little Caesars."
"I ordered a pizza and crazy bread. The pizza was good. However the crazy bread was NOT it looked like they cooked it for about 3 minutes. It was hot, but I basically got a bag of bread dough. I will not be back I will travel the extra mile to go to the store on 8700 s 1300 e. Much better! Never disappointed."
