"Absolutely terrible service. Very slow delivery. Placed an order and was guaranteed delivery by 6:15 and the delivery was continually delayed time and time and time again. They wouldn't answer the phone when we were trying to get an update on the order. It was finally delivered at 7:11, was cold, and soggy. Very disappointed! This is not what I get at any other Little Caesars location. I don't know if it's a staffing issue, training issue, equipment failure, or something else, but it's an absolute let down. 4 kids were dying for pizza, and were left hungry for nearly an hour due to the poor service. Two thumbs down."
"Ordered 5 pizzas for delivery on the Little Caesers app. Only 4 got delivered. Called the store and after 10 minutes finally talked to someone who said they forgot to give one of the pizzas to the driver. They told me to come pick it up myself or call DoorDash to have them send a driver. I didn't order via DoorDash, I ordered via Little Caesers. They said they couldn't do anything about it but if I called DoorDash they would send a driver back. I called DoorDash and they said they couldn't send a driver back. Wasted an hour calling Little Caesers and DoorDash. Little Caesers doesn't care. They made it clear it wasn't their problem to solve, even though they admitted they didn't give all 5 pizzas to the driver. They said they were too busy helping other customers to help me. Worst customer service I've seen in a long time."
"Placed an order for delivery, about 45 minutes later the app said the driver was still waiting for the order. After patiently waiting over an hour, finally contacted the store the check the status. They stated another driver picked up the order and that our previous driver cancelled. Ultimately never received our order and they refused to redeliver, only offered a refund. Extremely poor service"
"Little Caesars is good if you’re looking for cheap, fast pizza. I’d stick to their hot’n’ready menu though. If you’re going to be custom ordering pizza I’d go elsewhere. Their pizza doesn’t reheat well at all—but I rarely like pizza leftovers. I like their pizza portal pickup. It’s nice being able to order on the app and just pick it up without having to stand in line or anything. Overall—good option for cheap, fast pizza. But you also kinda get what you pay for."
