Little Caesars Pizza

"The worst pizza imaginable with the worst attitudes imaginable. I'm a nice person but that little brat at the counter needs some discipline. The prices are way too high for that cardboard anyway. I won't be back. Skip the trip."

"The manager at this location cares about making sure the staff is trained well and it shows in the quality of the food every time I go there. I literally drive past two other locations to get pizza at West Valley because I can always count on the quality being excellent. The pizza was perfectly round, the pizza toppings were perfectly distributed with a defined risen crust, the cheese was evenly distributed and perfectly melted and cooked. This time I was greeted at the door and the friendly cashier quickly and professionally took my order and handed it to me. Even though it is a low cost pizza place the quality is above that I get at more expensive pizza places."

"It’s exhausting writing reviews like this. Use the app to order which puts the order right in front of the employees face and they still messed up the order and while we were waiting for the order, they messed up the other orders also order through the app. I just don’t understand how you can mess up the order when it’s right there on top of that they said 10 more minutes and it took 30. Sad reality is it’s convenient and cheap and I’ll still keep ordering but next time I’ll make sure I’m compensated for my time or I’ll ask for a refund. This location is hit and miss on customer service and quality zero consistency from all little Caesar’s locations honestly."

"I was notified that my Deep Dish pepperoni and stuffed crazy bread we’re ready in the store kiosk. When I got to the kiosk there were zero pizzas in any kiosk. There was another customer also waiting for his pizza that was also told was ready. After talking to the front desk, I proceeded to wait for my pizza to be made. All the while I see employees coming and going in and out of the store talking to (what looked to be) family in the parking lot. Once I finally got my pizza, it was burnt and hard. The bottom crust wasn’t black but was very hard. The putter crust was black. Cheese dark colored on top. At least their “ready” times are looking good by saying pizzas are ready, when they really aren’t."

"It's sad but the more I turn a blind eye to this lil caesars the worse the pizza has gotten. Whenever I order more sausage it's like they count five more pieces and it's practically thrown together . I know its a easy dindin but it doesn't need to be poorly made."
