"The food is decent. Today at this location there was apparently only one worker and my dad was going in the food shop and he started to order and then the worker was being so rude and said that "it will take an more than an hour to make a pepperoni deep dish pizza and 1 thing of breadsticks"."
"It looks like there several other reviews with the same complaints I have. Ordered a cheese and a pepperoni hot n ready, they were room temperature and hard. The breadsticks were flavorless, no seasoning at all. They were really dry. I brought all of the food back to the store, and asked for a whole new order. They gave me a whole new order, however, no apology, no customer service whatsoever. Very cold and emotionless…. Robot like. The upsetting thing is that they replaced our order amd it was great! They just proved that this all could have been avoided if they just wouldn’t have been lazy. When I first brought food back in and told the young man that the pizzas were hard, he pulled the other hot n ready pizzas out of their heater and proceeded to touch each one and said that they are all gonna be that way, or I can wait for fresh ones to be cooked… the whole thing is just upsetting. Little Caesars has a tried and true business model, that can be amazing if people just weren’t lazy or preoccupied by other things. I stopped there on my way home from work out of the need for something quick and convenient, in doing so, I wasted 1 extra hour of my time that I really don’t have to get my order corrected in order for my family to eat. Just completely defeats the purpose. I would like to see the GM responding to some reviews.. or heck, make me GM with a GM salary and I would get this place running right within a week."
"We have a Halloween tradition of eating pizza on Halloween. I ordered on line and asked for the crazy bread well done. I don't know if someone wasn't paying attention or what but those bread sticks were warm dough. I am not kidding, you pulled them apart and it was stretchy dough. So gross. No pleased at all. Then they insisted that the wrong order was ours. It was twice the amount of food we ordered, they finally decided to double check and got us the right order."
