"It is really frustrating that this business does not have a way to call and ask about the gluten free batter ahead of time. The person working when we got there said they didn’t have any batter, and I let them know I tried to call ahead of time so we wouldn’t waste our time driving there if come to find out they didn’t have it. The worker told us they don’t have a working phone. How are you supposed to call ahead and request the batter if you can’t even get a hold of someone? So, so frustrating. We also have had this happen other times and the person working told us it could be up to a half an hour before they could have any gf batter ready. Why offer it if your procedures end up turning people’s away from even eating here?"
"The frustration that i feel right now cannot be expressed with a one star rating. The experience that i had was less than 0. The cashier was nice, yes. The food did taste good. But… I ordered a CAF burrito and got CAF which was not what has me all upset. I asked for a tortilla instead as it would have simplified things very much so. Instead the took the food back to roll the burrito. Which okay, I understand. But this burrito was less than half filled and the guac and sour cream that was supposed to be included was not there. I was so disappointed I couldn’t even eat anymore from this burrito and ended up giving it to my SO. I will not be able to eat here again due to my disappointment for this place."
"Slightly below average waffles Waffles were not quite cooked through and were really dense. Not as light and crispy as true Belgian waffles and there was not as many sugar pearls as there should have been. Friendly service."
"Yummy lunch! The pesto chicken waffle is amazing! The waffle itself is perfectly heavy (as they should be) but great for a cold day. The waffle bites are a strong by themself, they could use a glaze or something to cut the dryer texture. The berries made it super yummy!"
