"14 plus for a small bowl of papaya salad, Laos Style. Honestly, I love papaya, but this one had no flavor other than fish sauce. There is no sweet, sour, or spicy taste at all. Not to mention there was a tint of bitter taste, I take it that it is from the lime. I am rating it a 2 for the service."
