"Yum! My husband and I tried this place out and I'm very happy we did. He got the Med 6.0 bowl/plate and I got the High Tide bowl/plate. We both got the warm naan on the side. The naan was a small piece but for $1.50 extra I should have expected the smaller size honestly. The fried pita strips that came with my husband's plate were delicious. He liked his food, especially the falafel but felt like the sides that came with it would have been better served hot instead of cold. I got the High Tide plate which said it came with trout but I got a piece of salmon unexpectedly. Wasn't upset about it because I definitely prefer salmon over trout but not sure what happened there (thanks for the reply Vessel kitchen! I've only had other types of trout so I didn't realize steelhead tasted and looked so similar to salmon! It was great and much better than other types of trout I've had before!). The spaghetti squash and cider slaw that came with it were delicious and I loved the green sauce on top. Prices felt right for the dishes and I love that this is a "fast food" place. They have stainless steel cups for drinking water and even "real" silverware to reduce plastic use which is great. Lovely food, quick dine and didn't feel like we had to add some ginormous tip like so many places expect for doing the bare minimum lately. This place feels fresh and much needed. We will definitely be back."

"How is this place so good? Seriously everything is stunning, I haven’t had anything that wasn’t stellar. I went to a fancy steakhouse the other day and the chicken here is on par or better than that fancy chicken. The pita and hummus? Incredible. The pita texture is so good and the hummus tastes so fresh. That cauliflower though? Cannot be denied. Catch you later broccoli. The price is fair for the quality and large portion size. Either I can go to a fancy restaurant and spend 3 times as much, or come here on a Saturday afternoon and have a better time for cheaper. Can you please take my money faster? Here is a poem about how I feel about this place: By fire or oven it matters not The meal brings us closer always The care is felt in every stir Turns out love is still the right ingredient"

"Fresh, real food. Great gluten free options. Had pulled pork signature dish served over potatoes with a side of brussel sprouts. Food was excellent, though my brussels were overly seasoned and spicy. Service was mediocre. They definitely could use some improvement in that area."

"This was a great visit. Cafe style dining. Fresh food with great flavors. My entire family was able to find something they liked. Not a ton of dining space at the Farmington location. It was very busy on the Saturday we went. I would eat here daily if it was closer."

"Finally I have another place to go rather than Whole Foods food bar. The food was perfectly seasoned and not too salty. The staff were accommodating and they let me create the exact meal I wanted. Side dressings were great too. They use high quality oils to cook with and avoid the industrial seed and soybean oils. My new favorite place to eat."
