Pizza Hut

"This place deserves zero stars. Incompetent, rude, young and ignorant. Do not use this store as these young women who are most likely in their 20's don't know what customer service is. I ordered a pizza and put a nice tip, called to give directions, was hung up on over 3 times and then she said it was delivered. To someone else not me. I said I wanted my money back and got lip service and more rude attitude. Then the manager calls and leaves an even worse message because I was upset. Really? You screwed this up and stole my money as well. I've contacted corporate Pizza Hut and filed a formal complaint."

"The cook was wiping his face with the same hands as he made the pizzas. Not sure if cooking the pizza kills all the extra nose juice. I’m disgusted by what I’ve seen inside this pizza hut… The manager’s are under qualified, they do not know how to talk like an adult only rude words spew from their mouths. I will never take my money to this place again. If you see either of these people working there, turn around or face the consequences."

"Ordered the new hot honey pizza, when delivery was made we got a plain cheese pizza. The receipt it came with wasn't out order, it wasn't even for delivery it clearly said carry-out. The only reason service gets a 2 because the lady I spoke to on the phone was at least very polite and apologetic. That's about where the good ends. They apparently did not have a delivery driver to bring me MY order and for whatever reason she couldn't refund my order, the manager would have to do it when they come in an hour later. She took down my info and said the manager would call me to take care of it. Surprise, surprise, I never got a call and every time I tried calling back the line just went dead."

"Do not order delivery from here! They will charge you THEIR delivery price then send your order to a door dasher who can’t speak English, so when you try and tell them your missing items from your order they can’t help. Called the help line and was hung up on, then called the store and was hung up on when I told them my issue. The only thing good there was the Cinnabon and it’s not even theirs!! Not worth it for 45 dollars"

"Think again before ordering from here. It had been a few years since we had Pizza Hut, as they were the worst of the chain IMO. We decided to get them this week (we get pizza at least once a week). Big mistake! Not only was it one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had, it was over cooked, and cold. We also waited nearly 2 hours for our pizza to be delivered, and it was delivered via door dash, without my consent. No one would answer my calls to figure out where my pizza was at. The pizza appeared to have been cooked when I placed the order and then just sat on the counter until someone could deliver. At least wait to cook the pizza until you have a driver lined up. This thing went straight in the trash after 1 bite. I ordered Papa Johns and it was to my house within 15 minutes and it was delicious."
