"Forgot all my sauces, crazy visible piles of salt on the fries. Ridiculously long wait for a simple order that we could see ready to go sitting on the counter, but nobody gave to us and nobody responded when we tried to say we were there and ready to pick up. Also, fire Boston. We missed the train because of him. Clearly he's never worked in a busy environment"
"The food tasted great. It was nice and hot when they brought it out to me. But all of my chicken nuggets were very small. It was very clean. It took a very long time for anyone to acknowledge me when I needed a refill on my drink. I recognized that they were busy, so I just waited patiently. But it would have been nice for them to acknowledge that I was there and waiting. Even when it slowed down I felt like I was being ignored and I had to ask someone for assistance as he walked past me as though I wasn't there."
"Fast service means nothing when it means an order isn’t complete. They’re always rushing. Today I ordered a chick fil a meal and a kids happy meal. Both meals had the fry box but no fries. Their solution was to go back and go through the line to get the fries. It had already taken me 15 minutes to get the food and the line had doubled. We wont ever go back."
"This particular location is no different from any other location that I've been to. As per Chick-fil-A protocol all employees are kind and they are very fast and efficient with getting food to their customers. They do their best to keep things clean even though they are usually swamped with loyal patrons. Very well-managed establishment and of course the food is always fantastic."
