"I've eaten at this KFC/A&W many times. I don't feel like a regular customer, but more like a friend. At some fast food restaurants my order is ready and I have barely finished paying -- not a good sign. This KFC/A&W I wait while my order is being prepared and it's served hot and fresh. I think the French Fries are delicious -- a very unique recipe."
"So we got there and were told they have to cook the chicken so it will be about 20 mins. After 7 mins they come out with our chicken. We get home and it is raw! We called and they will not give a refund but they will give you more chicken probably cooked raw again."
"* Cross posted between both restaurants * We at first came through the drive thru, but we didn't know what we wanted, so we told them it'd be a minute. Then, spontaneously, their "system went down" and they asked us to go inside and order. Before we were even out of the drive thru they had someone putting a sign out to close the drive thru. When we came in, all of the employees were standing at the front staring at me and my family. The man I can only assume is the manager sighed heavily as we came in, but then tried to make conversation with me by mentioning that he likes the Beatles (I was wearing a Beatles shirt at the time). I ordered KFC food. My sister ordered A&W food. I ordered the classic spicy chicken sandwich, and a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. The mashed potatoes were old, I could tell. Parts of it were crunchy, other parts tasted fine. Like it had been sitting in the heat for a while. And my sandwich was soggy, they put sauce on the bun for some reason? And it overall tasted fine but was a mess. My sister got a chili dog and it was soggy and fell apart when she picked it up. Overall this review is more for the service. It was really awkward coming in and having every single employee working there staring right at you while you order, and then having one of them sigh at me, probably hoping I wouldn't come inside after they told me the system was down. Very disappointed. The food was passable but I won't be coming back."
"Friendly staff but unfortunately raw chicken. The drumsticks were fine but this was one of their chicken breasts after my husband ate halfway through it. Overall greasy poor quality food and looks like it sat under the lamp too long. KFC in Roy you have gone way downhill. I lost my appetite and we already ate enough to probably not get a refund."
