"We came in 3/18 at 6:28pm. The service was horrible by two girls that were preparing our subs. They had the worst attitude with their co worker that was the only Hispanic girl working and on the register. One of the girls which I’m assuming was in charge because of her bossing around handed over the sanwhiches super rude and told her to cut it and close them but in the worst attitude . I felt so bad for the Hispanic girl and I don’t think it’s fair at all. I left subway feeling super bad. I hope you guys are able to have a conversation with the Hispanic girl and make sure she feels comfortable working around those type of mean girls when all she’s trying to do is have an income. I know for sure she was uncomfortable! Bullying is never ok!"
"We had basically given up on the location due to cleanliness not being on their list of importance and our orders being made incorrect when we would DoorDash, or go through the drive thru. We decided to give it another try 9/19/23 and Audrey was the associate who helped us. She listened and made all of our sandwiches correctly and they were delicious!! The dining area and restrooms were spotless!! There were other staff members working around dinner time as well and they were all pleasant and smiling showing they enjoy their jobs. We were so pleased that we came back today, 9/20/23 @ 2:15pm and same experience! Amazing customer service! Sandwiches made perfect and establishment very clean and restrooms!! We are happy to say we’re customers again;-)"
"I recently moved back here from TN and the closest Sunway to home has always done me wrong (wouldn't toast my order or cancel my door dasher because they are out of bread when it was a bread less bowl and just not flavorful). We came to this one this past Monday 7/16 sometime in the evening. To say the least is was very nice and enjoyable, super clean and even though it was a 3 kids they were still super nice and enjoyable to order with and handled our food with care. Food was very good as well."
