"They got 1 sandwich wrong, and I didn't notice when I picked up my order. I called when I got home, I explained they took my name and mobile number and gave me a free sandwich. I also got a nice email from the owner apologizing. That was very nice. Both Sunways in Roy are fantastic."
"This location is extremely slow to take my order. On two occasions, when they are open they didn’t even answer or speak to me through the intercom. My sandwiches have very little meat, cheese or veggies regardless of what I order. There are usually vehicle(s) parked in the drive through making it 1. Dangerous, 2. Confusing to determine who is actually in their car in line or just parked there. I hope they read their reviews and make some positive changes. The pic below is supposed to be a steak and cheese sandwich with green peppers, onions and provolone. In this particularly case, there are more veggies than meat or cheese."
