"One of the worst little Caesars in the area. They never have hot and ready even if you order ahead on line. You get there and your pizzas are ready but then they tell you of we forgot to make bread sticks. So it will be another 15 mins. That defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. I wanted fresh pizza not hot box pizza or for that matter 15 minute old pizza when the order should all have come out at the same time."
"Every time you walk in, no matter the time of the day, there’s never ANYTHING hot and ready. Always a smart s$$ comment from the same girl with blue/green hair “We have nothing ready and there’s a wait 15-20 min on everything with a side of an eye roll and some spicy attitude” Hire people that WANT to work in customer service or at least pretend to want to be there. Or have someone more pleasant at the front of your business greeting customers."
"I got my pizza classic pep hot n ready..... and it seemed really white and it didn't taste fully cooked and I kinda just pushed through it thought maybe it was a oven problem , but i came back about a week later and the pizza looked exactly the same and I almost left with out saying anything again but I didn't want to eat white doughy pizza so I took it back in and the new manager helped me out and she grabbed me a way better looking cooked pizza and the crust was golden crispy. Thank you!!!!"
"To start, the staff here always seems to be great, if not very busy. I appreciate their hard work. About half the time, the pizza is really good for the price, even though it's gone up significantly. Though sometimes the crust very textured and full of air, which I don't enjoy eating at all. I don't know if they over mix the dough, but I wish they would be more consistent so I don't waste my money."
