"I was giving the bottom of tator tots. They were all crumbs. I asked for mild sauce and ranch and of course it's not in the bag. What ever happened to serving the customer? My stuff never comes as I ask for it. I will find another one before going back there."
"I like the crisp tacos and bean burritos (4 for $7.95). $4.35 for a crisp meat burrito is ridiculous for what you get. The drive thru checker (Jamie) was not customer friendly at all. She should probably find a new job or have additional training... We sure miss the Taco Time on Midland Drive in Roy. Better deals, better portions vs cost, and much better customer service."
"Taco Time is good because the beans don't have any lard but it's too expensive for what you get a tortilla and a couple of teaspoons of beans. Can't fill anyone's stomach and way overpriced. I refuse to pay $38 for 10 barely filled bean and cheese burritos in small tortillas. Can make it myself including the beans for $3."
"Was told it would be 10-15 mins for our order when we walked in and there was 2 other people in the store. There were a few cars in the drive thru but that should NOT be more important than customers who are in front of you, everyone should be taken in turn. The food was lukewarm by the time we got it. The mexi-fries with cheese looked over cooked & the cheese had already congealed. The price of the LARGE order is $4.99 but is NOT WORTH IT! The green chilie enchiladas were small and pathetic. The only things that were a decent size were the regular chicken enchilada platter and the tostada delight....but again, lukewarm. We paid $40 for a small salad, 1 platter, 2 shriveled enchiladas & 2 empanadas (which they didn't mark so we had to guess which one was which). We will NEVER return to this Taco Time ever again!"
