"If they are out of something and you order it in the drive thru, they send you to park in the parking lot and wait. 10 minutes later, they brought the food out. I wouldn’t have minded picking something else if they had just told me what I ordered was out at the moment. If I’m using a drive thru, I’m hoping to be on my way fast."

"I'd give this Panda Express at least a solid three stars, if they could learn how to completely cook the food they are serving. On at least four or five of the visits over the last few months, the vegetables have been undercooked, almost raw crunchy. Today's brown rice was like cooking your own brown rice, but only letting it cook for half of the time it should! It was chewy and even somewhat hard in some bites. This coupled with the constant price increases, and small amount of entree with a large amount of rice is the last straw for us. We have been going here for years, but I think we are not going to bother going there anymore."

"The food is usual always good, the staff is usually pretty nice even if slow at times, randomly out of things at random times in the day with random drive-through only times. And more often than not they just don't have anything at all. But the biggest offense is being offered only two packets of sauce for two full plates and being told any extra, And if you want another it's 50 cents. As far as I'm aware this is a store manager or regional policy, as corporate Panda Express considers all sauces complimentary. So if you want some spicy food you can't expect them to actually provide it so bring a bottle of Sriracha You bought the three bucks at Walmart to avoid paying $0.50 per quarter ounce... Especially after you pay $10.50 for some fried chicken nuggets The policy of only a soft pack or two per plate is completely asinine let alone the inability to keep anything stocked. Anymore, I'm really re-evaluating my life choices of even ever coming here for anything that resembles fast food or a good value"

"This place always skimps on food and the food is never ready. They always have you wait out front. Then, even if you request it, they almost always forget the TERYAKI SAUCE OR fortune cookies. Do better… in my pic you will see how we receive the food. It looks like they were trying to spread the orange chicken across the plate to look like more- like if they are stretching it or ran out. This is very common."
