"We visit this location regularly and love the food! Last night, we went through the drive-through. When we got home, we noticed that one of our sandwiches was wrong. I went back, and the general manager took care of us. He made the correct sandwich himself and gave us a buy one, get one coupon. I was very impressed by the service I received there! Highly recommend this location!"
"Use to come in here all the time until I found something that I find pretty shocking and disgusting the day… this short manager with black hair in pigtails told a dude that if he drops meat to wash it off and put it back in their fridge… EWWW I still can’t believe that she’d say that… and credit to the guy working that looked just as horrified as I did…"
"This service was TERRIBLE, the first person who took our order had glasses and a beard didn’t ask what kind of bread we wanted and was quite rude when taking the first part of our order, he later on was yelling at a customer over the phone making it an even worse atmosphere than it already was. The lady making the sandwich’s was incredibly RUDE there was absolutely no communication about the sandwich’s me and my partner ordered. I couldn’t even tell if she had our sandwich’s on the board because she had multiple other sandwich’s on there as well. The only person that did incredible was the worker named Sawyer, he was patient and kind, and even amongst all the stress of rush hour remained calm, he checked us out he even joked with my partner about the gift card we had just to cheer us up a bit, he was later doing everything else being told in a rude manor what to do by other coworkers. There was absolutely no communication in the staff, and a lot of drama starters, instead of them focusing on their busy work environment."
"Not only was the bread on our sandwiches soaked and soggy from the beginning, but my husband and I both got very sick from eating here last night. We ate about half our sandwiches before realizing the meat was still pink. We both ended up sick all night."
"This location just opened up and so far they are pretty good. This location seems to have a lot more seating then a few of the others, it's clean, and they have pretty good staff. The food so far has been just as good as well."
