"I have two boys who attend this school and they love it. Teachers and staff are wonderful! I’m just a little disappointed they don’t offer a music or physical education “class” but maybe that’s how all I the schools in Utah are."

"This place has a good learning environment! It is a very clean school! The head custodian is very nice as well! This is one of the better Elementary schools in the state. Also the climate control is always at a good temperature."

"I love this school! Any problem that I have had has been addressed and taken care of. My children love Mr. Westwood, he plays with them at recess and helps the teachers during inside recess days. I am at the school a couple times a week helping out in the class rooms, and I haven't had any problems with the staff! At least one of my kids have attended this school for the last 11 years and I am very happy to have my children go to this school. In fact, the reason I don't move is because I want my children to attend this school."

"Oh wow. Okay, so South Jordan Elementary became my home after moving from California. I recently graduated from high school; however my siblings currently attend there. I love the school. They are so welcoming and really make sure every kid is included. It hurts me to hear that your child had such an awful experience; however,..... I pretty much don't believe it. The staff there has always been helpful and I can't believe you can't let your child learn how to handle his or herself. Sure, bullying happens. But I KNOW FOR A FACT that the school always holds what they call a "bully-free zone" assembly every year and make a point of helping kids who have a hard time with bullying. Also, BULLYING HAPPENS AT ANY SCHOOL. You can't just wish for it to go away: poof! Its gone. NO, that's why the school makes such a point to stop bullying. As for the principle, I have met him and I know he is always going out of his way to make sure the kids are included in class and on the playground. Also, I can't believe you had the custodian fired. People have lives and its awful of you to ruin their lives for the sake of your own sense of superiority. Like I said, I have siblings that go there now and love it. It's a wonderful school with wonderful staff. Please go spend your time harassing some place else, or just home school your kid. The school is wonderful. So bye."

"Horrible. Custodian there bullies many children. After the 8th time of being asked to refrain from going near my child, she goes to my child's classroom to question his disability. Obviously this school is NOT enforcing the bullying and the Employee should not be working with children, period. If your child has been harassed by the custodian, please make a statement to Anthony Godfrey, the school Administrator & Susan Pulsipher w/ board of education. Children come first. However, they have wonderful Kindergarten teachers, and fifth grade teachers, they are awesome. Just wish the custodian didn't violate my child's rights. Parents please speak up if you have had issues. WE can't change the school for the better, if we don't fix what's wrong. However they have a new Principal, and he could use education courses to learn how to deal with children. Making up and becoming friends to your bully is always his suggestion. Life isn't always about living a rosy life! Also no bullying policy on the website. Can't find it, and Susan Pulsipher didn't find it either. So, unfortunately parents, bullying is bad here, and who wants you to be friends, and make up? The Principal, ughh"
