"My famous star had more bread then meat. All toppings were at butt of hamburger. My husband's 2 double deal burgers looked like they had been stepped on. I get economy sucks currently, but meat patties shouldn't be thinner and smaller than bread."

"just go to mcdonald’s. this was a disgrace of a burger. burger was almost cold, you can tell because the cheese isn’t even melted. the guy taking our order sounded like he hates his job. absolutely disgusting. the carl’s jr in california is 10x better. zero sauce (which on the california burger they made a big deal). do NOT go here. you’re honestly better off getting a big mac or even a subway sandwich. this is awful."

"Carl's should close this location, it drags them into the gutter. I ordered 3 sandwiches. The famous star, and 2 charbroiled guacamole bacon burgers. None of which had any tomato on them, and they are supposed to. Barely any onions or bacon or guacamole, as you can see in the picture. Super sloppy and nothing like other Carl's Jr's in Salt Lake. Don't bother going here. You don't get all the items that go in your sandwich, and if you do get them, you'll need a microscope because the portion will be so small. Absolute trash establishment, and I love Carl's Jr. They are one of the few places that embraces Utah and offers fry sauce. ***Edit*** Editing to post a comparison picture of the same sandwiches but from the 5400 south redwood rd store. One is regular guacamole burger and one is lettuce wrapped. THEY DO IT RIGHT! Multiple onion slices, two slices of tomato, big pieces of bacon, aaaaand look at my lettuce!!! I love a large helping of lettuce and they totally delivered on it. Plus none of that nasty shredded lettuce some places use. A++"
