"Ok so I guess since I eat here at least once a week I had better give them the review they deserve. Hot, Fresh, Fast, Courteous, Scrumptious, Delicious and Affordable are just a few words I'd use to describe this hidden little gem of a restaurant. Located just a hop, skip, and jump east of main Street on Vine on the north side of the street. Don't blink when turning east onto Vine or you'll miss it. If you've driven past and thought I'm not going in that hole in the wall. Keep on going to whatever flavorless restaurant you've been to a thousand times and I'll keep this one for myself. So while I haven't had everything on the menu, everything I have had was fantastic. (Carne Asada Anything being my favorite) Including some amazing desserts. Inside this establishment is a very clean inviting place to eat. Be it small, the attentive wait staff and amazing chefs will make your meal the first of many to come, I'm sure of it."

"Quaint, cozy feel on a cold Friday evening in January. One of the better Mexican Restaurants in Tooele. We were pleasantly surprised at the service and delicious food quality. The music playing was not too overbearing, and set a nice tone/vibe for the ambiance. Their seats are pretty comfortable compared to nearby Mexican Restaurants too. They had a high chair for my child to feel included, which was a bit dirty/sticky, but other than that it was a pleasant experience."

"This is the third time that we have come to this place, and every time we have been here, Hector welcomes us and takes care of our needs us customers. He gave us chips and tortillas, all we need. Let's not forget that he plays good music, and we get to enjoy hearing my mom singing. The restaurant is always very clean, including Norma & Maria in the kitchen. The is unique. We have not found a better menudo in Utah. The Jamaica was 100% Jamaica, and it was not sugary like other places. It was just perfect."

"I recently moved to Stansbury and I was doing some errands in Tooele. I had to stop to eat something really fast and this cute little place was on my way out. I came around 5pm, the restaurant was empty but it was probably their slow hrs. Food came super fast and services was good. I ordered the crispy beef tacos. Plate came with Mexican red rice and beans. I was looking forward to eat the rice but it just didn’t have that great Mexican red rice flavor :( The beans looked like they weee watered down so the great natural flavor of beans wasn’t there either. The crispy tacos were ok… but as in for me, I don’t think I’ll be coming back I wish you the best Vista Linda!!!"
