"I paid $9.00 for three 4” pancakes. I was told they were reducing the size to 5” pancakes. Pancakes are inexpensive to make so cutting down the size of the pancakes makes no sense .I was offered new 5 inch pancakes if I want to go back and pick them up. Shrinkflation at work! I’m very disappointed. Won’t go back!"
"Very good atmosphere at this restaurant. They know their locals and have a very friendly staff. It was my first time in, I'm from outta town. I had their New York steak and eggs and thought the steak was a good cut. I recommend this place for anybody to try."
"First off when we got there it was very busy but that didn't seem to matter. They set us down right away. We had coffee in our hands within a minute. The waitress was really nice. I wish I could remember her name. They took our order and I had a special request and they got it right. The atmosphere reminds you of an old mom and pop sit down restaurant where they really cared about their customers. I would definitely recommend stopping here for a family dinner or a date night. The cost is very reasonable and it's a pleasant experience. Thank you so much. We'll be back!!!!"

"I am visiting the area for the first time and read some good reviews. Jim's did not disappoint. We went two days in a row. The waitresses are pleasant. The portions are big. The food is tasty. The menu is extensive. The price is right! Seniors and military receive a discount. We may go back again to try breakfast and dessert!! Updated on 4/26/2026: we visited again and tried the dessert and breakfast. The breakfast portions are insane!! So good!"
