"I scheduled a vet appointment 2 weeks out. When I called to verify after 10 text messages from them they said they did not have my phone number on account. They then told me they would need to reschedule because my dog had diarrhea. I took a day off work to make my appointment. I called numerous times and they hung up on me. Don't be fooled they don't care about animals. Just your money. Shocker"

"I have shopped here since it opened. But honestly customer service has declined. I ask a simple question about a stand. She didn’t know but wouldn’t fine anyone to help me. Then I asked if they have any other stands. She said they are really expensive. So what is that supposed to mean I wouldn’t have asked if I didn’t want to pay for one. Terrible place."

"Edit… I will say I’m impressed the owner responded same day to my review!! Thank you for that!! Just left the store but I found a moldy dog treat one that I buy my dogs every week so I know it looked wrong the cashier said it’s fine it still has time before it’s expired I told her it will make a dog sick but the cashier did not care and put it back!! So much for caring about animals…"
