Harmons Grocery - West

"This store has been under construction forever. Then I found out that they are cutting the sales floor in half and use the other half for distribution. The areas that are left have been downsized and don't carry what they used to. The items in the deli area have inconsistent availability so it is a waste of time to shop there. Why does the west side always get lesser service and quality?"

"Bakery is great, but there are multiple expired items on the shelf.. Also why do the workers just stand around and stare at the customers? It is uncomfortable to see. I really don’t need someone eyeing me down as i’m looking at the flowers."

"This review is for the eshop from this location. The store itself is a good store. I have used this eshop service 3 times. Out of those 3 times they have gotten the order correct once. The most common thing that is wrong is the quantity of the same item ordered or just the wrong size. It's kind of like the staff members tasked with pulling these items from the shelfs don't care or don't know how to read. Luckily the system is such that they only charge you for what is given to you. The app that they say to use also does not work, you cannot just pull up and tap that you are there. You have to call into the store to let them know you have arrived. I for one will not be using this service anymore as it needs serious improvement. The reason for the review on google is that the survey that they attach to the bags is not functioning at this time."

"Great produce, great cheeses, very nice store with a lot of high end quality items. The people there are very friendly and helpful. If you can't find what you're looking for at another store, they will likely have it here."

"The only thing in Salt Lake i like. I dont award 5 stars often, BUT - This place is awesome! I would go out of my way every time to go to a Harmons. I have been to a couple in SL, You can have your "Discount Food" i will shop here anyday, everyday and maybe just to go buy stuff! I didnt get a picture of all the fresh veggies and fruit selection, it was incredible!! Fresh awesome looking fruits and veggies with alot of sandwitch and other options! Sooo many options, and selection! They could have had all the same in organic, but thats really difficult i understand, still great organic selections! Update: Taking a star off! This trip was NOT so great, I got everything I needed, but they had much less organic berry selections and no organic fresh cut fruits or organic selection at all? Not as many grab and go stuff and the bakery looked disorganized."
