"The "manager/owner" is terrible at good customer service. He was very very rude to my mother-in-law. Purchased a washer/dryer from the company. Sales person said they supply hoses on the truck. (We were told that when they deliver the unit if they can't use the old hoses they will have some on the truck.) They accidentally damaged the unit. So, had to wait to get a new unit for a couple of weeks. No problem, accidents happen. However, we drove in from the city to help move furniture and make sure delivery went smoothly. When they went to FINALLY install the units, they didn't bring any hoses, so didn't hook up the unit. When we called to ask them to come back and hook up the unit, they refused unless we paid them another $50. Considering that they damaged the unit in the first place (husband drove all the way from OKC to help move furniture to get the unit into the house) and couldn't.... then didn't bring the hoses with them, you would think they would come back and hook the units up. THEY did not. We had to hire a plumber to do it. WE WILL NEVER EVER EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. Not because of the accident with the unit, but because of how he treated our MIL and us. He literally raised his voice on the phone and continued to talk over us in a very rude manner."
