"Lackluster and misinformed staff have left me questioning whether this business knows how to help their customers. For example, I was in need of 400 ft of 10ga 600v insulated electrical wire with so or better rating, was told they had it in stock, however after making an hour long trip to collect was presented with a product that wasn't even close to the specs I required, and upon speaking to another employee was encouraged to use other business because they don't carry what I need. Had I managed to recieve this information from the beginning I wouldn't have lost our most valuable possession...my time"
"Went to ace and bought a hot water tank part when I get home I pulled it out of the box and a line was broke in half had my wife return it and I just bought it 20 min ago and the night shift manager made the comment that it wouldn’t of been sold broke well for one they didn’t open the box before they scanned it so they didn’t see it for two why would I buy a part come home and break it in half and return it to get the same amount of money I just bought it for smh"

"I got home and this is how my paint looked. Instead of replacing it they accused me of dropping it! I did not!! If I did I wouldn't of asked them to fix it. They treated me like all people treat people when they think there better than you!!"
"Nice place with lots of supplies and hardware. People are friendly and helpful. Every Ace hardware I've been to offer a 10% military discount, I've always used Ace before coming to Elk City, they told me they're privately owned and do not honor a military discount even though corporate website said most all do. Sad to see, but it won't stop me from shopping here. Maybe in the future they will start offering a military discount. ⭐⭐⭐"
