"It's a small motel, but very clean and quite nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only complaints I have about the place is a cable that is holding up a string of lights makes alot of noise when it's windy. Also the billboard is a bit noisy too, but these two items do not lessen ones stay here. I would rate it 5 out of 5 stars. I would definitely stay here again."

"Clean, comfortable and great location. L cup coffee and a fridge. Looks quaint but inside will surprise you. This place is a gem outside the crazy construction traffic of Sherman with a good barbecue place next door and a liquor store. I may have died and gone to hotel heaven."

"We decided to go to the lake last minute on a holiday weekend. We lucked out with this hidden gem! Beautiful rooms, small accommodation kitchen, very clean and neat. The staff are professional and a delight! They even helped us with our boat and trying to problem solve. One of the best places we have stayed."
