"We got to the hotel at about 8:30pm on a Saturday night and Skyler did a great job getting us and others checked in. We went down for breakfast the next morning at 8:15am and Skyler was at the front desk with a smile and a happy demeanor. I was amazed that she had worked so late the night before and was there so early the next morning-a Sunday morning. Plus she told me with glee that it was her birthday. Then she helped me with IHG food and beverage credit. Employees like this are very rare. The Holiday Inn is very lucky to have staff like Skyler. I have stayed in this hotel several times. This is a very nice hotel. Thumbs-Up!"
"***NOT A FULL SERVICE HOTEL I've used this hotel extensively (40+ days over 3 months) and were it not for the restaurant, I would give them a rating of 5 for service. The front desk staff is really very good. The restaurant is A JOKE of the worst kind. Carter's Grill, operated by the Holiday Inn franchise owner, on more than 4 occasions has: Opened late; Refused service (because they are "too busy"; Closed early. Their only Saving Grace is one good bartender. My stance is that a failed restaurant doesn't constitute "full service" hotel and should not be advertised as such."
"We had a previous res at another hotel nearby in Ardmore and when we got there we immediately cancelled. We called over to Holiday Inn and the receptionist was so kind and offered to get us taken care of for a last minute reservation, connected our rewards account and everything. Best customer service we’ve had in a long time and the hotel lobby and room is so clean and smells clean! 10/10 would recommend! We will be back and follow this hotel franchise throughout multiple areas."
