"I'm giving a 3 to this store. I give ASICS shoes a 5. This store was too small for the number of people on this particular late Saturday afternoon. As I milled about, the customer count dwindled. Stock and shoes were everywhere. Very disorganized. Staff seemed overwhelmed. I did make a purchase, but didn't think it was a 'deal.' I do love Asics, they have great support and tend to hold up to the traffic they are put through."

"I originally gave this store a five star rating, because the sales lady offered good advice on shoes and was quite helpful. But after wearing the shoes for a week they developed a tear. ( Actually only three days. I went on three walks with the shoes. I wore them less than three hours.) Now I've had them about six weeks, and they have tears in several spots. I'm not particularly hard on my shoes. I have a pair of New Balance which I've owned for a year and a half which look better (and were half the price.) I sent an email to ASICS corporate about the shoes five weeks ago. I haven't heard back. Maybe look elsewhere for shoes. ASICS don't appear to be quality shoes, and corporate doesn't seem to care enough to respond. For the price I paid ($117) I expected a great pair of shoes."
