"Came here a couple of weeks ago one evening and to say it was busy was an understatement. The lines went from the front all the way to the home goods department in the back. There was only one cashier and this so-called manager named Carina was more concerned with talking than with helping customers. I was standing in line for 20mins and she had no sense of urgency. The place was a mess. People shop like pigs racing for the food trough. Worst experience I’ve ever had and the incompetent management have no idea how to do their jobs."

"The store was clean . They had a great variety of different items. The dressing rooms were open and the attendant was nice and courteous. Mask was required for both the customers and workers. This was in January. It’s so easy to go overboard on purchases as prices are very affordable. They have cute outfits for dogs. All in all thumbs up for Ross"
